11:20 AM EST - Cogeco Cable Inc. : said Wednesday it is issuing 4.5 million of its surging subordinate voting shares at $38.50 each for a total of $173.25 million. The net proceeds of the bought deal, underwritten by a syndicate including Scotia Capital, GMP Securities, BMO Nesbitt Burns and CIBC World Markets, are to be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
