Fourth-quarter net earnings were $74.7 million or $1.29 per share, compared to earnings of $63.8 million or $1.10 per share in the year-ago quarter. Adjusted earnings for the quarter were $72.7 million or $1.26 per share, compared to adjusted earnings of $47.1 million or $0.81 per share in the prior-year quarter. Revenues for the quarter increased to C$906.4 million from C$775.4 million in the year-ago quarter. ATCO Ltd.
