The stock options are subject to the approval of the TSX Venture Exchange and are exercisable for a period of five years at a price of $1.53 per share. 200,000 stock options vest on the basis of 20,000 per month after the grant date. 10,000 stock options may be subject to certain vesting provisions as determined by the board of directors.
