12:48 PM EST - Empower Clinics Inc : Today announces it will be conducting a non-brokered private placement of units of the Company at a price of $0.20 per Unit, and unsecured convertible debenture units at a price of $1,000 per Debenture Unit, for aggregate gross proceeds of up to $3,000,000. Each Unit will consist of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant of the Company. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one Share at a price of $0.30 per Share for a period of two years from the date of issuance, subject to customary adjustments. Empower Clinics Inc
