11:20 AM EST - Imperial Metals Corp. : said on Wednesday that it was boosting its all-cash offer for bcMetals Corp. to $1.165 per share, in a deal now worth about $44.7 million and removing a key condition for the deal.Imperial, which previously offered $1.10 per share and then later raised that to $1.125 per share, said it will no longer require termination of a planned bcMetals venture with Global International Jiangxi Copper Co. Imperial Metals Corp.
