09:56 AM EST - Potash One In.c : said it executed an arrangement agreement with Potash North Resource Corp. Friday to replace the binding letter of intent announced on January 22, 2009. As per the terms of the agreement, Potash One will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Potash North through a court approved Plan of Arrangement. The company noted that the plan of arrangement would require the approval of Potash North shareholders, the Toronto Stock Exchange and the TSX Venture Exchange. Potash One Inc.
