03:55 PM EST - Channel Resources Ltd. : said that it has entered into an exclusive option agreement with Polaris Capital Ltd. to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the Fox Creek Lithium Brine Project, located in Alberta. Channel Resources will pay $10,000 and 1,000,000 common shares to Polaris upon execution of the agreement. The company will pay $10,000 and 1,000,000 common shares to Polaris on or before each of the first four anniversary dates of the agreement. Channel Resources Ltd.
