03:53 PM EST - IAMGOLD Corp. : said that it has completed the acquisition of emerging gold producer Orezone Resources Inc. Under the deal, each common share of Orezone has been exchanged for 0.08 of a common share of IAMGOLD plus 0.125 of a common share of Orezone Gold Corp., which will start trading today. Last December, IAMGOLD agreed to acquire Orezone Resources in an all-share transaction for about $139 million U.S. IAMGOLD Corp.
shares T.IMG are trading down $0.25 at $9.40.
