09:49 AM EST - Quarterhill Inc. : Announced that its Electronic Transaction Consultants affiliate has signed a contract with the Alameda County Transportation Commission to provide an interim electronic toll collection system and maintenance services on the Interstate 680 (I-680) Express Lanes in California. The initial term of the contract is two years. The contract is subject to customary terms and conditions and valued at ~$4.0 million U.S. for the implementation, with amendments for maintenance to follow. Quarterhill Inc.
