12:12 PM EST - XS Financial Inc : Announced today that it has entered into a lease agreement with LivWell Enlightened Health. LivWell is a vertically integrated operator with 21 retail stores in Colorado and a provisioning center in Michigan. All amounts are in U.S. dollars. LivWell has been approved for an equipment lease facility of $7M for new equipment with up to 60-month terms. This equipment acquisition will help further expand their cultivation, manufacturing, and processing facilities in their current operating markets. XS Financial Inc
