12:01 PM EST - Icon Industries Ltd. : said it signed a letter of agreement with Seabridge Gold Inc. and its subsidiary, Seabridge Gold Corp. for the acquisition of an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in Seabridge's claim groups known as the Hog Ranch and Estill property, located in Washoe County, northwest Nevada. According to the transaction, Seabridge would receive $500 thousand and one-million shares of Icon Industries, upon which Seabridge shall grant Icon the option to purchase 100 per cent of Seabridge's right, title and interest in the property.
