09:33 AM EST - Aya Gold & Silver Inc. : Reports that its subsidiary, Zgounder Millennium Silver Mining S.A., has signed an interconnection agreement with the Office National de L'Électricité et de l'Eau Potable , Morocco's state-owned utility, for the construction of a 90-kilometre, 60-kilovolt powerline and substation upgrades. This agreement ensures access to clean energy long-term from ONEE's electrical grid. The line will be built over the next two years and will be capable of supporting Zgounder's projected expanded power requirements. Aya Gold & Silver Inc.
