Pro forma earnings for the quarter were $808,000 or $0.01 per share, compared to pro forma earnings of $2.0 million or $0.02 per share in the year-ago quarter. Revenues for the quarter were $6.3 million, compared to $4.7 million in the year-ago quarter. The Company is maintaining its 2009 financial guidance. Revenues for the fiscal year ended October 31, 2009 are expected to be within the range of $30.0 million to $34.0 million.
