11:14 AM EST - Baytex Energy Trust : announced that its fourth quarter net income was $52.4 million or $0.53 per unit, compared to $41.35 million or $0.48 per unit in the year ago quarter. Petroleum and natural gas sales decreased 15% to $199.9 million , from $233.9 million for the same period in 2007.
