The Calgary-based company's quarterly loss was $561 thousands or $0.01 per share, compared to a loss of $515 thousands or $0.02 per share in the previous year. Funds flow from operations increased to $662 thousands or $0.02 per share from $199 thousands or $0.01 per share in the year-ago quarter. Revenues from petroleum and natural gas grew to $1.78 million from $886 thousands in the same period last year. Capital expenditures for the quarter increased to $3.49 million from C$1.22 million in the earlier year. For the full year, the company's loss narrowed to $1.23 million or $0.04 per share from $2.98 million or $0.10 per share in the previous year.
