04:00 PM EST - VVC Exploration Corp. : has entered into an option agreement to acquire 100 per cent of the Santa Valeria property in the State of Chihuahua from Invesmin San Miguel S de RL de CV, a Mexican mining company. The Property covers 714 hectares in the Sierra Madre, and has been the object of sampling and geological mapping. Under the option agreement, the company can acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the property and has the exclusive rights to explore and develop the property over the next five years in consideration for 400,000 common shares of the company, and total cash payments of 7.70 million Mexican pesos payable to the optionor.
