On August 9, 2021, the Ontario Securities Commission issued a cease trade order due to the Company's failure to file its quarterly report on Form 10-Q for the period ended May 31, 2021 on or before July 30, 2021, as a result of Petroteq's late quarterly filing of May 21, 2021. The Company wishes to thank shareholders for their patience and commitment to Petroteq during this challenging period.
