03:48 PM EST - Mega Uranium Ltd. : said that it holds about 26.1 per cent of issued and outstanding common shares of Titan Uranium Inc., as of March 17, 2009. The company noted that including the recent 13.50-million common stock acquisition, which represents about 25.5 per cent of the company's stake, it now holds about 26.1 per cent of the total total issued and outstanding common shares of Titan Uranium. Mega Uranium stated that the common Shares were acquired by way of a private agreement with a shareholder of Titan. The acquisition was made for investment purposes and it may increase or decrease the securities of Titan, at anytime, or from time to time, depending upon market conditions or other relevant factors.
