09:49 AM EST - Angle Energy Inc. : announced that its fourth-qarter net income totaled $2.79 million or $0.07 per share, compared to $2.93 million or $0.09 per share in the same period a year ago. Funds from operations for the quarter was $15.69 million or $0.40 per share, compared to $7.67 million or $0.23 per share in the year ago quarter. Total revenues for the quarter were $28.32 million, compared to $13.95 million in the year-ago quarter. The Company expects that funds from operations will be in the range of approximately $21 million to $23 million for the first six months of 2009. Angle expects to incur between $25 million and $27 million for capital expenditures to June 30, 2009, consisting primarily of expenditures for drilling, completions, equipment, tie-ins, land and seismic.
