11:59 AM EST - Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund : Announced a joint venture with privately held Kanto Group for the greenfield construction of a high purity sulphuric acid plant. The joint venture, KPCT Advanced Chemicals LLC will build a plant in Casa Grande, Arizona with an expected start-up in 2024. The high purity production process will be based on Kanto Group technology, which is currently in use in Taiwan and Japan supplying the leading semiconductor producers in Asia. The plant will have a total annual capacity of approximately 100,000MT of electronic grade acid. Chemtrade Logistics Income Fund
