Earnings per share fell to $0.14 from $0.70 in the first quarter of last year. For the first quarter of fiscal 2009, total consolidated revenue was $138.0 million, compared to $194.3 million in the same quarter a year ago. In a separate press release, the Board of Directors of AGF Management Limited declared a dividend of $0.25 per share on both the Class B non-voting shares and the Class A common voting shares of the Company.
