09:54 AM EST - Quest Capital Corp. : reported fourth-quarter net income of $1.8 million or $0.01 per share, compared to $3.6 million or $0.02 per share in the fourth quarter of 2007. Interest income for the quarter grew to $11.59 million from $11.13 million in the prior-year quarter. Quest said that it has decided to forego paying a quarterly common share dividend on March 31, 2009 and currently intends to pay the 2009 dividends on its preferred shares in common shares of Quest. Also, Quest has decided not to pay executive bonuses for 2008. Quest Capital Corp.
