The company said that the recent quarter net loss included a one-time, non-cash charge for impairment of goodwill of $4.4 million. Excluding charge, the net income for the quarter was $2.0 million or $0.03 per share. Adjusted EBITDA for the quarter totaled $21.3 million, an increase of 26 per cent compared to prior-year quarter.
