03:51 PM EST - Richelieu Hardware Ltd. : reported a 13 percent-rise in fourth-quarter profit on Friday, helped by recent acquisitions. The company also raised its dividend by 17 percent, to 7 cents a share. Montreal-based Richelieu said it earned $9.2 million, or 39 cents a share, up from $8.1 million, or 35 cents a share, in the same period a year earlier. Richelieu Hardware Ltd.
shares T.RCH are trading down 50 cents at $24.27.
