09:52 AM EST - Kola Mining Corp. : said it has signed an agreement to acquire a Russian company, OOO Artel Staratelei Angarskaya Proizvodstvennaya Kompania, that owns a 100-per-cent interest in the Bogunay Gold Property in Krasnoyarsk Territory, South Siberia, Russia. Under the terms of the agreement, Kola will pay the vendor about 24 million Russian Rubles or about $700,000 U.S. OOO also has an outstanding loan with a third party for $1.10 million U.S., of which $550,000 must be repaid by January 2010 and the balance by October 2010. Kola will also pay a finder's fee of $25,000 U.S. to a third party. Kola Mining Corp.
