12:04 PM EST - Calpine Power Income Fund : accepted a sweetened $802.6 million takeover offer from Harbinger Capital Partners. Calgary-based Calpine Power, in a statement today, said the offer of $13 per unit was accepted after adviser BMO Capital Markets found it to be ''fair, from a financial point of view.''
