10:10 AM EST - Cerrado Gold Inc. : Announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Minera Don Nicolas SA has issued an unsecured promissory note to FCI Zofingen Dollar Linked for $2 million U.S. The Company expects MDN to issue an aggregate of $10-12 million U.S. in promissory notes in the coming weeks, which are expected to be made available under similar financial terms.
