10:58 AM EST - Empower Clinics Inc : Announces that The Medi-Collective signed a Memorandum of Understanding to develop and launch a program for cardiology services and testing in partnership with Heart Wellness Cardiac Clinics and their subsidiary Holter Health. The cardiology services will include, and are not limited to, holter monitoring, stress & echo tests, nuclear stress tests, and vascular tests.
