Arian has issued to Grafton an additional 82,993,679 common shares at a price per common share of $0.055, for a total value of approximately $4,564,653, and Grafton has issued to Arian 102,269 ordinary shares of equivalent value determined by reference to the net asset value of $36.93 U.S. per Grafton ordinary share calculated as at the close of business on March 31, 2009.
