03:51 PM EST - International Northair Mines Ltd. : said it entered into an option to acquire a 100-per-cent interest in the "La Cigarra Project" located in Chihuahua, Mexico. Northair Mines said the La Cigarra concessions are indicated to cover many silver occurrences over a currently traced four-kilometre trend of mineralization that appears to have significant potential for both high grade vein as well as surface minable deposits. Northair's wholly-owned subsidiary Grupo Northair de Mexico, S.A. de C.V., has signed a Letter of Intent with the concession owners and has commenced due diligence. Under the terms of the agreement, Grupo Northair can acquire a 100-per-cent ownership in the concessions upon payments of $445,000 U.S. over a five-year period. A payment of $5,000 U.S. is due upon signing the formal option agreement. International Northair Mines Ltd.
