01:15 PM EST - Global Atomic Corp : Announced the size and pricing of its previously announced overnight marketed public offering. The Company has entered into an underwriting agreement with Red Cloud Securities Inc., as lead underwriter and sole bookrunner, and Cormark Securities Inc. for the sale of 28,571,430 units of the Company at a price of C$3.50 per Unit for aggregate gross proceeds of C$100,000,005. Each Unit will consist of one common share of the Company and one half of one Common Share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will be exercisable for one Common Share at a price of C$4.40 per Warrant Share at any time for a period of 36 months following the closing of the Offering. Global Atomic Corp
