Operating revenues for the quarter was $48.3 million, down from $57.5 million in the year-ago quarter. The Board also declared a quarterly dividend of 23 cents per share on the Company's common shares, an increase of 4.5 per cent from the prior year, payable June 22, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 5, 2009.
