Revenue for 2022 was $49.9 million compared to $50.2 million in 2021, as growth in the number of REALTORS® in the Company Network served to substantially offset the impact of weaker real estate markets in 2022. The Company recorded net earnings of $21.0 million or $1.19 per share in 2022, on a fully diluted basis, compared to $4.8 million or $0.50 per share in 2021, as a result of an $11.5 million gain on the valuation of the Exchangeable Units, compared to a loss of $5.0 million in 2021.
