09:47 AM EST - DDS Wireless : reported first-quarter net loss of $1.06 million or $0.08 per share, compared to a net loss of $646,000 or $0.05 per share last year. Revenues for the three months ended March 31, 2009 were $7.1 million, an increase of 1.5 per cent over the same period in the prior year. Further, the company said it is reaffirming its previously issued guidance of revenues in the $35-36-million range and to have positive earnings before interest, stock compensation, taxes, foreign exchange, and amortization for the year ending December 31, 2009.
