Mittelstaedt, the Executive Chairman of the Company, has been appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company, effective April 23. Mittelstaedt succeeds Worthing F. Jackman in this role. Upon his departure, Jackman also stepped down as a member of the Company's Board of Directors and withdrew as a nominee for election as a director at the Company's 2023 Annual Meeting of Shareholders.
