Consolidated sales were $449.5 million, up $39.9 million or 9.7%; Up 15.0% excluding the impact of unfavorable fluctuation of the British pound and the Canadian dollar against the U.S. dollar; Organic growth of 10.6% with all three segments reporting positive organic growth. Net earnings of $16.7 million or $0.34 per diluted common share, an increase of $9.0 million or $0.17 per diluted common share; Adjusted net earnings of $23.0 million or $0.46 per diluted common share, compared to $21.2 million or $0.43 per diluted common share.
