12:35 PM EST - TransAlta Power LP : has swung to a fourth-quarter profit of $11.6 million from a year-earlier loss of $26.5 million, when there was a big one-time charge. Profit for the quarter ended Dec. 31 was 15 cents a unit, contrasting with a loss of 36 cents per unit a year ago, the Calgary-based utility company said Friday. TransAlta Power LP
