10:46 AM EST - Husky Energy Inc. : shares in oil and gas producer higher after reporting its profit fell to $542 million in the fourth quarter, down 19 percent from the same time a year earlier as lower natural gas prices hit the top and bottom lines. The company also said it will pay a special dividend of 50 cents per share in April as well as a quarterly dividend of 50 cents, payable April 3 to shareholders as of March 2. Husky Energy Inc.
shares T.HSE are trading up 83 cents at $76.68.
