Pursuant to the Offering, the Company issued a total of 13,000,000 Units at a price of C$0.385 per Unit for gross proceeds of C$5,005,000. Each Unit is comprised of one common share in the capital of the Company and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant is exercisable to acquire one common share at a price of C$0.485 until November 21, 2028.
