Pro forma earnings for the quarter were $3.3 million or $0.04 per share, compared to a pro forma loss of $540,000 or $0.01 per share last year. Revenues for the quarter were $10 million, compared to $3.2 million in the year-ago quarter. The company raised its fiscal 2009 revenues outlook to range of $34 million - $37 million, from previous guidance of $30 million - $34 million. For fiscal 2009, Operating expenses, excluding stock-based compensation, are expected to be in the range of $26 million to $29 million, up from previous guidance of $23 million to $26 million due principally to increased litigation costs.
