The decline in net earnings from operations was primarily attributable to the substantial increase in the market value of investments that occurred in the previous year quarter with no counterpart for in the current quarter. Revenue for the quarter declined to $945,000 from $975,000 in the comparable quarter last year. The decline in revenue was primarily attributable to the decline in the share of investment income from Fort Chicago, partially offset by an increase in rent revenue from a new tenancy in the Sony Place Facility that occurred in the second quarter last year.
