03:41 PM EST - Epsilon Energy Ltd. : said that it has consummated the sale of its Amber Bank and Blue Jacket properties in West Virginia to an unrelated third party purchaser for a gross amount of $14.0 million U.S.($13.0 million U.S. net). Earlier, on June 5, the company said it signed a binding Letter of Intent with regards to this transaction. Epsilon Energy Ltd.
shares T.EPS are trading up $0.04 at $1.08.
