10:49 AM EST - Sxr Uranium One Inc. : said Monday it has agreed to buy UrAsia Energy for about $3.4 billion in stock in a deal that will create a major global uranium player. Sxr Uranium One is offering 0.45 of a share for every UrAsia share or $7.05 based on it Friday closing price, a 13 percent premium to UrAsia's value at the end of last week. The new company, to be named Uranium One Inc., will have combined market capitalization of about $5.87 billion. Sxr Uranium One Inc.
