03:49 PM EST - Midlands Minerals Corp. : has reached an indicative agreement with South Africa's E+PC Engineering & Projects Co. Ltd., under which E+PC will provide technical and engineering services to Midlands on the Sian gold project in Ghana. The terms of the arrangement are currently being finalized by the two parties. E+PC's access to project financing will enhance Midlands' financial resources and provide the company with the ability to proceed with growth projects in parallel. The company noted that this agreement, details of which are in the process of finalization, creates a clear and focused arrangement which brings together a new combined team with Midlands bringing extensive geological and exploration experience, and E+PC bringing strong engineering, technical and operational expertise.
