11:40 AM EST - SIR Royalty Income Fund : said that SIR Corp., has filed its financial results for the third quarter ended May 10, 2009. The company reported net earnings for the third quarter of $100,000, compared to a net loss of $300,000 in the same quarter a year ago. Quarterly revenue increased 7.4 per cent to $45.0 million from $41.9 million in the same quarter a year ago. SIR has advised the Fund that same store sales for Royalty Pooled Restaurants for the third quarter decreased 6.9 per cent to $37.0 million from $39.7 million in the prior-year quarter.
