03:03 PM EST - JumpTV Inc. : said on Tuesday it will raise $117.4 million in a share offering and said it is looking at acquisitions on which it could spend some of the money. JumpTV will sell 13.04 million shares at $9.00 each to a syndicate of underwriters, it said. Its shares last changed hands on the Toronto Stock Exchange at $9.70 each. JumpTV Inc.
shares T.JTV are trading down 75 cents at $8.95.
