03:09 PM EST - Iamgold : won approval for the $46 million sale of its stake in an aluminum ore mining company Omai Bauxite Mining Inc., and Omai Services Inc., to Bosai Minerals Group Co. Ltd. of China. Toronto-based Iamgold said Tuesday it has won approval for the deal from the government of Guyana, a 30 per shareholder in Omai. The deal is expected to close within days. In the deal, Iamgold gets $28 million in cash, and Bosai assumes $18 million in debt for a 70 percent ownership interest in Omai Bauxite Mining and full ownership of Omai Services Inc. Iamgold
