03:46 PM EST - Opmedic Group : reported a 16% rise in third-quarter net income to $538,000 from $463,000 a year earlier. However, earnings per share for the recent quarter remained flat at $0.03. Third-quarter revenue rose 13% to $3.586 million from $3.167 million in the comparable period. The Company said its expansion projects continued to make a positive contribution to revenue. In addition, Opmedic announced that its Board declared a cash dividend of $0.015 per share payable July 30, 2009 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 23, 2009.
