12:26 PM EST - Tenth Power Technologies Corp. : signed a deal to acquire all the shares of the Burlington based private company, WhiteHat Inc., a premier IT Security Provider of "best of breed" security products and services spanning a diverse set of industries, technologies and applications. The company said the transaction will involve the payment of cash, and issuance of shares to, the founders of WhiteHat who will also remain with the Company in key consulting roles and is subject to a number of conditions including obtaining the consent of the TSX Venture Exchange. The parties expect the transaction to close on or before July 31, 2009. Tenth Power Technologies Corp.
