Net loss for the quarter includes a $175.0 million broadcast license and goodwill impairment charge. The prior year's quarter benefited from $10.0 million in recoveries related to income tax changes and incurred a charge related to disputed regulatory fees. Removing the impact of these items results in adjusted basic earnings per share of $0.36 in the current year and $0.41 in the prior year.
